If product is not in stock, Gamesncomps  have every right to cancel the order without intimation to customer, email should be sent for cancelled order. In the event of Out Of Stock, full amount will be refunded to customer.

Pricing Policy

Prices of some items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. The distribution could not be shown separately due to technical restrictions and is assumed to be understood.

Whatever prices and offers of the products are given in our website is only valid when customer purchase from our website.

Product Quality & Performance

The Quality of the Products is the sole responsibility of the respective Brand Owners.

You understand and agree that there may be certain products, which will be sold on the Site by third party vendors (“Vendors”). Gamesncomps.com may not be able to control the transactions or the acts and omissions of the Vendors in such transactions.

If you have any issues regarding quality, manufacturing issue then you may lodge complaints against them . You cannot complaint against Gamesncomps/K-25 Computer shoppee regarding  product quality or performance.

Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases: –

1] Recipient not available

2] Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.

3] Premises locked.

4] Delivery not done due to wrong address.

5] Recipient refused the products.

6] Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.

Cancellations by the customer

Cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by Gamesncomps.com, the cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 2% + Courier Charges of the order value.Gamesncomps has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Gamesncomps and accept Gamesncomps.com decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned. Nothing herein will prevent you from returning the product pursuant to rights available to you under applicable law. After cancellation approved by Gamesncomps refund initiated with 5-6 working days in provided account detail by customer.

Shipping Policy

We deliver material within India through private courier transport or Indian Post.

We cannot take responsibility for delay of delivery, only we can coordinate with Courier Company for parcel information.

In case of any Pandemic situation courier company can be denied for door delivery in that case customer have to pick parcel from courier office.

Delivery can be delay or refused according to circumstances like heavy rain, flood, curfew, remote area etc.

We take tentative delivery time for parcel i.e 8-12 working days after shipping .

Delivery charges may be change as per product and to area.

Delivery

Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible.

Note:

In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Band we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. If Gamesncomps is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Gamesncomps.com/K-25 computer shoppee. and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Chandigarh. The High Court of judicature at Chandigarh alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

Gamesncomps/K-25 Computer Shoppee reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Gamesncomps.com reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. The arbitration shall be held in Chandigarh. The High Court of judicature at Chandigarh alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

There are 7 days handling time. If order will not shipped after 7 days then order will cancel and refund will be initiate to the respective payment method. In case there will COD, order will cancelled and infirm to the respective customers.

-Shipping and Delivery Policy
Tracking of shipment can be delayed upto 24 hours after shipping due to postal department update. We are dispatching products same day before 5pm. After 5pm any order will be dispatched on tomorrow shipping cycle. High priority order can be delivered before 7pm. This can be tracked on Indian Post with valid tracking id which we will provide you after shipping.
All standard orders can be shipped by our shipping partners India post, DTDC and Trackon. Standard delivery time depend on area pincode and courier partners.
